When it’s time to move out, follow these steps for a smooth process:
Empty Your Storage Unit
Ensure the container is clean, tidy, and the lock and key are left inside.
Take a Photo
Capture an image of the empty unit for reference.
Submit the Moving Out Form
Complete the form available on our website, including your name, email, unit number, move-out date, and the photo of the empty container.
Once the form is submitted, a team member will collect the lock and key, and your contract will be finalised. No additional payments will be charged as long as you vacate before your due date.
Note: We do not require any notice period. Simply complete the above steps, and your account will be closed without further hassle.
